Since my friends and I were in 8th grade, we have been playing Ultimate Frisbee, at lunch or after school. When we got to high school, a few of us decided that it would be fun if we made it an official club that anyone could participate in. In our very first meeting after the club fair, we had around 20 to 25 new people join us to play. Now, we have a core group of players who attend regularly, and are looking to expand into friendly or competitive games with other schools. If you're interested in playing Ultimate with us, don't hesitate to come by after school on Thursdays at the upper baseball field! Our leadership group is made up of me, Tyler Colenbrander, and Andre Ng. Take a look at these guys' pages as well! There's a lot of cool and interesting things to look at. Our official mentor and coach, as well as the head of the San Marin STEM Program, is the one and only Mr. Nick Williams.
Here's a cool picture of some of our club's members practicing a throwing and catching drill (that's me, all the way in the back in the blue!) Photo courtesy of Tyler Colenbrander.
